Welcome

The Giggling Marlin Tequila brand is 100% Pure Blue Weber Agave Tequila with an emphasis on "Ultra Premium" specifically due to the harvesting methods used to craft the spirits. Giggling Marlin only uses 100% Blue Weber Agave plants, utilizing hand selected hearts for the majority of the liquid. As a crafted ultra premium spirit, 70% of the liquid comes from these hearts to maximize the best possible product in the bottle. Using these center cuts diminishes the amount of impurities in the finished product.

ULTRA PREMIUM TEQUILA

Our Blanco’s incomparably smooth taste is made possible because we sacrifice both the head and tail of the tequila. By bottling only the virgin distilled heart of the 100% Blue Weber Agave plants, our Blanco captures the truest tequila taste without the "biting" found in other tequilas. Mexican Law requires Reposado Tequila to be aged a minimum of two months. Giggling Marlin Reposado is aged six months in our unique blend of French oak barrels (there is a little more to this process that can’t be discussed as it is unique to the recipe and also what gives Giggling Marlin Tequila it’s unique finish unlike any other "Ultra Premium" Tequila‘s on the market.) Giggling Marlin‘s Añejo tequila is aged a full eighteen months. This allows Giggling Marlin to find the perfect balance of oak and fruit flavors, and the profile finishes with a perfect balance and a superb finish.

Our Tequila

WEBER AGAVE

Agave tequilana, commonly called blue asdasdasdasdasdagave or tequila agave, is an agave plant whose role is the base ingredient of tequila, a popular beverage. The tequila agave is native to the states of Jalisco, Colima, Nayarit and Aguascalientes in Mexico. The plant favors altitudes of more than 1,500 metres (5,000 ft) and grows in rich and sandy soils. Blue agave plants grow into large succulents, with spiky fleshy leaves, that can reach over 2 metres (7 ft) in height. Blue agaves sprout a stalk (quiote) when about five years old that can grow an additional 5 metres (16 ft); they are topped with yellow flowers. Tequila is produced by removing the heart of the plant in its twelfth year. Harvested piñas normally weigh 80–200 pounds. This heart is stripped of its leaves and heated to remove the sap, which is fermented and distilled.

COCONUT MARGARITA

  • First step is to make Coconut Ice Cubes: 1/2 cup Coconut Water (PURE)
